Fitness Gym

The Fitness Gym is our brightest gem. We have long hours, excellent equipment and highly qualified trainers.

Whether you are looking for strength training, cardio-vascular improvement, or if you just want to look good and be healthy, our trainers will assist you with a fitness evaluation and a personalized program.

Our Fitness Gym has all the traditional cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, stair masters, lifecycles, rowing machines, ubi, ellipticals, bikes (stationary, recumbent and spinning). We have a huge variety of free weights and benches. We have something for everyone.

Every fitness gym has its own personality. Ours is: Friendly, Comfortable and Suportive.

Our training staff is led by Adam Parent. He has an Associates Degree in Liberal Studies and is Certified in Massage Therapy and Body Work through. He is currently studying for his Personal Training Certificate through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also CPR certified.

Jerry Shepard has served as the Collins Perley senior advisor for 15 years. His experience with all age groups and all fitness objectives make him one of the most respected fitness experts in the county.

Ruth Cronin is a Certified Fitness Trainer. She has been a member of our staff for ten years. In addition to designing programs for our members, Ruth works as a Personal Trainer for those who seek extra help.

Monday thru Friday 5am to 8:30pm
Saturday 7am to 1pm
Sunday 9am to 2pm
