Tuesday 5:30-7:00am Flexible Class
Come and go as needed within this hour and a half time frame. Class Schedule will approximately follow this outline:
5:30-5:40 Warm Up
5:40-6:05 Form work/questions/practice
6:05-6:30 Full long form practice
6:30-7:00 Form work/questions/practice
Tuesday 8:00 - 9:00am
Standard one hour class. Tai Chi is a wonderful way to improve balance, focus and overall body strength flexibilty. All levels of fitness are welcome and can benefit from this relaxing and fun class. TaiChi

Improves stress reduction, balance and agility for all. The ancient art of tai chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of today's busy lifestyles and improve health. Tai chi, in fact, is often described as "meditation in motion" because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body.

Cost: $10 (members $7)
Classes: Tuesdays at 5:30am-7am & Tuesday 8am-9am We are adding a Friday afternoon class starting at 4:30pm
