Aerobics

Aerobic exercise increases your heart rate and breathing for an extended period of time. During this aerobic activity your body produces more energy and delivers more oxygen to your muscles. Your heart beats faster and increases the blood flow to your muscles and then back to your lungs. A good aerobic exercise program can help you live a longer, healthier life and enhance your well being.

Cost: $10 (members $7)

Classes:
Mondays at 5:45pm,
Wednesdays at 5pm,
Fridays at 5:30pm,
Saturdays at 8:45am, and
Sundays at 8:30am

Aerobics classes will not take place the week of August 9th.
